Tonya Woodson, MS, LPC, LAC,
SOMB Associate level- Evaluator & Provider

Welcome! I am honored to offer a warm and compassionate therapeutic experience,  with over 18 years of experience supporting individuals on their journey to healing and growth. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we’ll work to overcome challenges, build resilience, and help you create a healthier, more fulfilling life. I’m here to walk alongside you as you take the next steps toward lasting change. I look forward to connecting with you!

My journey in this field began with a passion for providing compassionate, trauma-informed care. Over the years, that passion has grown, shaping me into a supportive therapist, advocate, and guide for those seeking healing and recovery.

I hold a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor’s in Sociology, Psychology, and Criminology. I’m trained in EMDR, Acudetox, Motivational Interviewing, and other approaches that help individuals overcome trauma, addiction, and life’s challenges.

I strive to create a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, build resilience, and work toward your goals. I draw from CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and other evidence-based practices, tailoring care to your unique needs.

Outside of my work, I enjoy time with my family, animals, and the outdoors. I love exploring new places, cultures, and experiences that inspire connection and growth. I feel truly honored to walk alongside people on their path to recovery.

Lenny Woodson, MS, LPC,
SOMB Full-Operating level Provider & Clinical Supervisor

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience, I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and build a stronger, more resilient self. While much of my work has been in forensic settings, I also have extensive experience supporting men, women, and families in the community.

I take an individualized, holistic approach, meeting you where you are and working together to support your growth and self-empowerment. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), always tailored to your unique needs.

I truly believe we all have the capacity for change. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or simply stuck in life, I invite you to take that first step. Together, we can create a safe, supportive space to work through challenges and build the emotional strength to face whatever comes your way.

Outside of my professional work, I enjoy staying active through weightlifting, CrossFit, Spartan Races, boating, and camping. I believe that an active lifestyle can be a powerful tool for fostering emotional resilience and well-being.
